Welcome to The Refuge Counseling Center, LLC now Telehealth only. My desire is to help address the counseling needs of the community through competent, and caring counseling, and to come alongside you as you journey through whatever brings you in. Together, we can work on healing, & gaining the tools and insight to help in setting you free. 

The Refuge Counseling Center is now Telehealth Video Counseling. 

I will partner with you to reach your goals. I reserve the right to refer or transfer those that are, or become, outside the scope of my experience and training.I do not provide any court ordered treatment, evaluation, workers comp or SS Disability assessment.

This website will provide helpful information while you seek direction for your life. I treat a broad variety of issues and have diverse experience . Please contact me  for a confidential intake appointment to better understand your needs and how I might help.

Each session is  60 minutes unless prior arrangements are made. The usual fee outside of insurance is $165 with a valid credit card. If a sliding scale is determined to be appropriate, this will be handled individually. I will provide you with a Superbill in order for you to file for Out of Network reimbursement from your insurer where applicable.

GA , FLA NO INS SELF PAY, HSA etc. **  In NH I am currently on Aetna,  Anthem, Blue Cross Blue Cross Blue Shield,  Tufts, Harvard Pilgrim and  Optum Provider,  as well as case by case with Compsych. Please check your benefits and make sure I am on your plan. It is your responsibility to verify coverage, copayments, deductibles and if you need prior authorization or referrals.

AGAIN  I may be unable to get back to you as quick as you need so if no response for  4 days please continue your search. I do apologize for any inconvenience but the demand is high at this time.
