My desire is to help address the counseling needs of the community through competent, and caring counseling, and to come alongside you as you journey through whatever brings you in. The Refuge Counseling Center is all Telehealth Video Counseling. 

I will partner with you to reach your goals. I reserve the right to refer or transfer those that are, or become, outside the scope of my experience and training.I do not provide any court ordered treatment, evaluation, workers comp or SS Disability assessment.

This website will provide helpful information while you seek direction for your life. I treat a broad variety of issues and have diverse experience . Please contact me  for a confidential intake appointment to better understand your needs and how I might help.

Each session of Therapy is  60 minutes unless prior arrangements are made. The usual fee outside of insurance is $155 with a valid credit card. For couples, I am no longer accepting insurance. The fee for a 1 hour Couple's session is 165.00  I will provide you with a Superbill in order for you to file for any out of network benefits you may have.
